Job description

Job Title: RMMR Program Manager

Location: Remote U.S. Company: TB Industrial Department: Department of Defense Fuels Reports To: General Manager - DoD

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the overall success of our RMMR Program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of operational excellence, and a strategic mindset to optimize performance and achieve our business objectives. The RMMR Program Manager will oversee all facets of our RMMR operations, including managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the organization.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative company culture that encourages innovation and growth.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
    • Analyze financial performance and utilize metrics to drive improvements in productivity and profitability.
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet goals.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction levels.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business strategies and goals.
    • Conduct market analysis and identify industry trends to inform decision-making.
    • Implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives and maximize growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or 10 years progressive management experience in a related field- Minimum [10] years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within the industrial construction sectors and Department of Defense POL Fuels Facilities.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, project controls, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
