Site Merchandising Contractor • Contract Duration: 6-8 weeks • Target Start Date: Early to mid July • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 32 hours per week, onsite • Location: Portland, Oregon About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Site Merchandising Contractor to support a short-term onsite engagement focused on improving product organization, merchandising operations, and digital customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Optimize product feed structure by transitioning advertising feeds from SKU-level to category-level taxonomy • Standardize product attributes and improve data quality processes to enhance filtering, discoverability, and site navigation • Partner with copy and merchandising teams to strengthen product descriptions, style guides, and product specifications • Maintain and evolve image style guide standards to ensure consistent visual presentation across channels • Increase site merchandising efficiency through automation, including priority site updates and Airtable-based workflows Preferred Background • Experience in site merchandising, ecommerce operations, or digital merchandising • Strong understanding of product taxonomy, catalog structure, and product data management • Ability to improve product discoverability and customer navigation through merchandising best practices • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with copy, merchandising, and creative teams • Comfort working with process automation tools, including Airtable or similar platforms • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-priority, fast-moving engagement
