This role involves leading strategic initiatives to streamline marketing operations through improved data structures and technology integrations across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will implement operational frameworks and systems that ensure data integrity and support our strategic marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and enforce governance structures and metadata strategies to boost operational efficiency. Lead the creation and continuous enhancement of a comprehensive metadata strategy that aligns with our broader marketing goals. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including IT and marketing, to optimize taxonomy for content supply chains and marketing systems. Establish a strategic roadmap for marketing operations that incorporates data governance, standardized workflows, and system integrations. Maintain and adjust taxonomy and metadata frameworks to ensure alignment and data consistency across all marketing platforms. Must-Have Skills: Strong expertise in metadata management and taxonomy design. Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives.
