Seasonal Tax Call Center Represenative/Lead
Join a dynamic call center team during tax season! We're looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to support both tax professionals and consumers using our client's tax software and refund programs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and are ready to take the next step in your customer service career-this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails per day from customers regarding tax software and refund programs.
  • Make outbound calls to clients confirming appointments for offices across the region
  • Assist consumers with refund advance programs and troubleshoot account issues.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions for trend analysis and quality assurance.
  • Maintain high service levels and call quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Tax preparation experience is preferred. (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Experience with chat/email support and navigating multiple systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in financial services, bookkeeping, banking, or tax support is a plus.
