Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with firm strategy and client expectations.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) based on project complexity and stakeholder needs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to the CIO with recommended resolution paths.

  • Manage client expectations in engagements where technology projects intersect with professional services delivery.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop project budgets, track actuals against forecasts, and provide regular financial reporting to the CIO.
  • Optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects to ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables, including contract compliance and performance monitoring.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain thorough project documentation and lessons-learned repositories to support organizational knowledge management.
  • Contribute to the development of IT roadmap planning and annual project portfolio prioritization.
  • Must be able to support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by firm staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred
