You will be responsible for assisting with accounting and tax-related tasks, providing administrative support to the office, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. Job Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the tax and accounting teams - Assist with filing and organizing client records and documents - Process and deliver tax returns and other client deliverables - Maintain and file tax and financial documents - Assist with scheduling meetings, greeting clients and answering phones - Enter data into accounting and tax software and update databases - Prepare correspondence and reports in response to requests from clients and other team members - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other team members - Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
