Get ready, St. Petersburg! Noble Tavern, a new venture by the team behind Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm, is set to bring a modern & unique dining experience to Central Avenue beneath the Tru by Hilton Hotel and overlooking Tropicana Field. 

NOW HIRING:

  • Line Cooks

We'd like for our Team Members to have:

  • Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Skills: Proficiency in culinary techniques (grilling, sauteing), strong communication, time management, and the ability to multitask.
  • Previous casual dining restaurant experience.
  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, season, and cook food (meats, sauces, vegetables) using various methods like grilling, frying, and sauteing.
  • Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
  • Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plate presentation specifications.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively to manage high-volume production during busy shifts.
  • Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels, handle food safely, follow FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, and manage waste
  • A current Florida Food Handlers Card certification, or you will need to get one within 60 days of hire.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot environment, and lift \(35-50\) lb
