Salary: $24/Hr DOE

Position Description:

The Incoming Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and approving incoming machined components and materials to ensure they meet drawing and specification requirements. This role involves hands-on measurement, basic testing, and clear documentation to support production and maintain product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming components and materials using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings to verify dimensions and requirements
  • Identify and document parts that do not meet specifications; communicate issues clearly to the team
  • Perform basic electrical testing (training provided) to verify material compliance
  • Maintain accurate and organized inspection records
  • Prioritize work based on production needs and deadlines
  • Maintain inspection tools and keep work area clean and organized
  • Support team efforts to improve inspection processes and reduce errors


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
