Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong end-to-end MRO process expertise (engineering, maintenance planning, work orders, repair cycle, overhaul, supply chain, compliance & traceability)
• Hands-on experience with MRO platforms (SAP EAM/PM, MAXIMO, IFS Maintenix, Sceptre, Ramco, AMOS/TRAX/Ultramain) and integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design (fit-gap, process re-engineering, configuration)
• Expertise in A&D regulatory frameworks (FAA/EASA compliance, configuration management, digital records)
• Experience with MRO analytics & KPIs (TAT, MTBUR, reliability, asset utilization, first-time-right) and dashboards
• Exposure to digital MRO & AI use cases (predictive maintenance, digital twins, event-driven workflows)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end MRO transformation programs (assessment design implementation)
• Conduct current-state diagnostics, value stream mapping, and maturity assessments
• Define target operating models (process, org, governance, KPIs) for MRO operations
• Drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and hangar optimization initiatives
• Design work order, task card, and compliance tracking processes
• Optimize repair cycle time (TAT), asset utilization, and service levels
• Lead spares, rotables, and repairable inventory optimization strategies
• Advise on vendor repair management and supplier collaboration models
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA/DoD) and full traceability frameworks
• Define and implement configuration management and digital record strategies
• Translate business requirements into system/functional designs (fit-gap, process re-engineering)
• Configure and implement MRO systems (SAP EAM, IFS Maintenix, Ramco, AMOS, etc.)
• Lead integration design across MRO, supply chain, engineering, and finance systems
• Support data migration, master data design, and digital thread enablement
• Drive testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and deployment governance
• Develop MRO KPIs, dashboards, and control towers for operational visibility
• Enable predictive maintenance, reliability analytics, and AI-driven use cases
• Identify and deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement opportunities
• Build business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and client presentations
• Engag e CxO stakeholders and lead cross-functional workshops
• Support RFIs and RFPs
Base Salary Range : $130,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
