Tasting Room Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Clarkdale, Arizona
Schedule: Saturday through Tuesday (specific hours TBD)
Pay: Starting at $14/hour plus tips; insurance benefits and employee discounts available
Chateau Tumbleweed is seeking an energetic, positive, and customer-focused Tasting Room Associate to join our team! As a Tasting Room Associate, you'll be the face of our
winery—welcoming guests, sharing our story, and helping create fun and memorable
experiences that keep visitors and locals coming back.
What You'll Do
● Share our wine with guests and educate them about our wines and winery story.
● Accurately take and deliver orders while ensuring guest satisfaction.
● Become knowledgeable about our wines and act as a brand ambassador.
● Learn and utilize our Point of Sale (POS) system for efficient service.
● Build relationships with Wine Club members and help foster retention.
● Promote wine sales and provide outstanding hospitality to every guest.
● Represent Chateau Tumbleweed and the Arizona wine industry as a whole positively.
● Assist with winery events and festivals as needed.
Daily duties include:
● Cleaning and sanitizing
● Stocking inventory
● Merchandising
● Preparation of cheese and charcuterie boxes
● Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere
● Greeting ALL guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
● Maintain a professional, clean, and reliable appearance
● Keep a positive attitude and help maintain a drama-free workplace
● Comply with Arizona DLLC liquor laws and maintain required certifications
● Comply with Arizona Health Department regulations and maintain certifications
● Communicate openly with management regarding questions or concerns
● Keep timesheets and tip documentation current for payroll
● Support teammates and contribute to the growth of our small but thriving winery
● Be yourself and have fun!

● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as identify valuable down-time tasks
to remain productive during quieter periods
● Willingness to have a flexible schedule occasionally and work irregular hours as needed
● A positive attitude and team-first mindset
● Passion for wine, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
