Description:
Major Purpose:
Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability, and shipments.
Major Duties:
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
- Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
- Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
- Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
- Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
- Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
- Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
- Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity.
- Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies.

Position Title:
Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Specific Position Requirements:
Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.
Notes:
- 100% onsite position
- There may be occasional travel to offsite warehouses near Client PDC in Milan (driving distance is less than 10 miles)
- This role will be working in a warehouse environment and will require all necessary PPE - safety shoes, safety glasses, and gloves.
- All PPE except for metatarsals are provided by Client.
- Metatarsals are required from day one.
- After training is completed, hours are flexible.
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application. SCW Analysts will provide a list of parts and warehouse locations to go to review the parts. Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
Top Must-Haves:

Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to drive Cushman (small, battery-operated vehicle - similar to a small golf cart)
- Comfortable in high-traffic warehouse environment
- Able to be on their feet 50% of the day
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, and/or supply chain
- Manager is open to recent graduates
