As a Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client progress using an intuitive online management system, ensuring all records meet legal and ethical standards.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
• Active licensure in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Proficiency with technology for digital documentation and virtual therapy practices.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices, particularly in relation to first responders.
• Experience in outpatient or teletherapy settings, demonstrating adaptability in delivering mental health services remotely.
