We collaborate with hotels, resorts, and other businesses nationwide to deliver expert-level interim and long-term support. While much of our work involves travel-based roles, we also offer local assignments for those seeking opportunities closer to home.

Job Summary:


The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests to rooms, delivering amenities, and offering information about the hotel and surrounding area. This role is often the first and last point of contact for guests and plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with luggage, loading and unloading from vehicles/ferry
  • Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities
  • Deliver packages, messages, and requested items to guest rooms
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area
  • Coordinate with front desk and concierge staff to ensure smooth guest service
  • Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when required
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally

Qualifications:


  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage (typically 50 lbs / 23 kg or more)
  • Basic knowledge of local area and attractions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
