We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of our podiatric clinic operations throughout the Sacramento region by setting the standards and practices that support rapid growth and drive operational excellence.


The ideal leader will have multi-clinic experience with proven success developing strong and engaged teams and a track record of delivering results through a disciplined operating structure, ideally in the healthcare space. This person will be driven by a sense of urgency to set clear priorities against the realities of a fast-growing entrepreneurial business. The successful candidate will have worked in both growing and established brands, while understanding that no job is too big or too small. Essential Functions:

· Manage and lead local operational functions and teams

· Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of clinic operations

· Provide leadership and support to all functions, including Clinical, Patient Services, Operations, and Call Center

· Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration · Oversee customer support processes and organize to enhance customer service

· Partner with VP of Operations to integrate acquired clinics

· Drive operational performance based on established metrics and financial performance targets

· Support multi-location lease negotiations for the region as needed

· Manage, develop and evaluate the performance of managers and staff

· Facilitate discussions with internal and external senior management teams, advancing the team towards action

· Ability to travel regularly to clinics within the East Bay regions

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on field leadership experience in a large, multi-site environment, preferably within healthcare
  • Podiatry experience a plus
  • Strong project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Previous practice acquisition and integration experience
  • Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and work closely with managers, peers and doctors to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; able to present to internal and external senior management teams
  • Adaptability, comfort with ambiguity and willingness to “do what it takes”
  • Knowledge of electronic health record Systems
  • Knowledge of clinical and patient services processes and procedures

  • Ability to successfully pass an in-depth background investigation, including, credit check, with a clean DMV report and pre-employment drug screen.

Compensation / Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefit program with a base salary range of $100,000-$130,000 (depending on applicable experience)
