Job Description

The Branch Manager is critical to our daily and strategic success. Our Branch Manager must possess skills that ensure customer satisfaction, assigning the right person to the job, ensuring success of the branch and driving satisfaction.

Primary Functions

  • Daily management of administrative, technicians and sales associates.
  • Oversee and administer the operational budget with Profit and Loss (P amp;L) responsibility, establishing business plans with sales force and encouraging field staff to build on current customer needs.
  • Accountable for all aspects of customer service and working closely with our customers to ensure they are fully satisfied.
  • Sell and promote County Fire services and products.
  • Implementing the company’s strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate goals.
  • Identifying areas of concern and communicating to Human Resources, Operations and Upper Management.
  • Planning and reviewing compensation actions for team members and performing 90 day and yearly performance reviews.
  • Promote County Fire in a professional manner.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Inventory management of equipment, vehicles and parts.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Career Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED, with 5 years’ experience in a Branch Manager or Manager role OR College Degree with 2 years’ experience in a Brach Manager or Manager role
  • Proven team management background with emphasis growth and development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solutions / consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Working conditions

  • Office setting and Field (50/50%)

Physical requirements

  • Ability to properly lift to 50lbs
  • Must be able to climb a ladder to 12’ or more.
