What will I be doing?

As a Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Counseling and coaching team members to meet the standards and policies set for all team members.
  • Ensure all guests/owners are being treated in all efficient and courteous manner and that all Hilton standards are being applied.
  • Responsibility for training and direction of new and existing front desk employees.
  • Ensure all front desk quality standards are aligned with and that all policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables.
  • Coordinate activate with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guests satisfaction.
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest's satisfaction.
  • Supervise the activities of the front desk personnel.
  • Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • More than 5 years of related experience
  • More than 3 years of Manager experience in a front office capacity
