What you’ll be doing

  1. Smile and make eye contact with guests
  2. Make and confirm guest reservations
  3. Get information to improve the guest experience
  4. Efficiently multi-task
  5. Assist the conference center manager with all aspects of the conference center including serving as a host, event setup, etc.
  6. First point of contact for our guests, and must display the traditional values and professional standards that Dutchman Hospitality Group upholds in speech, conduct, and appearance.
  7. Responsible for providing a positive guest experience at all times, serving in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner both face to face and on the phone.


Skills you’ll bring along

  1. Ability to work weekends and holidays required.
  2. Able to work independently.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  4. Basic Computer skills, such as Word and Excel.
  5. Possesses good Organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in math; ability to comprehend and execute instructions from guests and management; understanding of proper phone/email etiquette.
  7. Previous experience coordinating events preferred


Job Type

  1. Full Time position.
  2. 30 - 40 hours per week
  3. Work rotating schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
