Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager


Compensation: $65K - $72K plus bonus


Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager upholds the company's Core Values, Vision, and Mission. They report directly to the General Manager as well as the Restaurant Manager when the GM is absent. Assists with the routine daily tasks of managing the FOH staff as well as any special tasks given..

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required
  • Upper education preferable, however not required
  • 2 - 3 years of related experience, preferably with a full-size restaurant and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in cash handling and inventory management.
  • Computer skills required. Working knowledge of the Reservations system and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.                                     
  • Liquor License (Manager Card required)
  • TB Clearance
