Job description

Senior Sales Strategist (Commission-Based)

THE ROLE:
Lauth Investigations is seeking a high-performance Senior Sales Strategist to serve as the elite escalation point for high-value or highly skeptical claimants. This role is designed for a confident, results-driven professional who bridges the gap between initial outreach and successful asset recovery. You will step in when claims have stalled, re-establishing trust and guiding complex cases to a successful resolution.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
This is a 100% commission-based position offering significant earning potential for high-level closers.

  • Commission: 20% of the company's earned fee on all successfully recovered claims of $50,000 and above.
  • No Cap on Earnings: Your income is directly tied to your ability to re-engage claimants and close complex cases.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Case Re-Engagement & Escalation Management

  • Review stalled or unresponsive claims to develop strategic re-engagement plans for hot, warm, and cold leads.
  • Serve as the senior voice of authority to address skepticism, compliance concerns, and objections.
  • Take full ownership of high-value "Complex Claim" campaigns.

2. Strategic Research & Verification

  • Conduct targeted research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage using verified databases.
  • Collaborate with genealogists and internal research teams to ensure the defensibility of claims.

3. Advanced Outreach & Closing

  • Re-establish communication using a consultative, trust-based approach.
  • Convert hesitant prospects into signed agreements through clear explanation of contingency agreements and legal requirements.
  • Guide claimants through the execution of legal documents to ensure timely recovery.

4. CRM & Process Integrity

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all outreach efforts within the CRM.
  • Identify objection patterns and recommend improvements to the sales cycle.

IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Self-Starter: Thrives in a performance-based, independent environment.
  • Persuasive & Analytical: Able to use data and research to build a logical case for the claimant.
  • Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude toward stalled leads.
  • Trust-Builder: Quickly establishes rapport with high-net-worth individuals and skeptical heirs.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in asset recovery and inside sales.
  • Demonstrated Closer: Proven track record of managing complex objections and closing high-ticket deals.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communication skills with the ability to project credibility and authority.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort working with CRM systems, investigative databases, and public records.
  • High Ethics: Absolute commitment to transparency and ethical contingency-based recovery.
