The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00

Responsibilities:
Use your skills, experience, and talents toleadresearchin theVendor Managementspace as you conduct and synthesize research projects,such as:in person moderated testing, remote moderated & unmoderated testing, surveys, heuristic reviews, benchmark studies, concept testing, online & in-store intercepts
Support product teams (product managers, product designers, engineering) throughout the research project life cycle - recommending appropriatemethodology, scoping, and coordinating the entire process,facilitatingin-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis
Preferred 4-yeardegree in Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or related field.
This position willoperateas a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core rolewill need to beperformedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned toandvirtually,depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
