Job Title: Client Service Representative – ETF
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract through January 15, 2027
Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Representative to support ETF and investment operations clients by providing exceptional service, managing inquiries, and building strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and works closely with internal teams across fund accounting, administration, custody, and operations to ensure timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
• Manage daily client inquiries and provide regular status updates through resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client requests and issue resolution
• Identify and escalate issues that may impact client servicing
• Analyze inquiry trends and recommend process improvements or training opportunities
• Schedule and participate in regular client meetings to review outstanding items
Operational Support
• Review internal reporting and reconciliations for assigned client relationships
• Support client onboarding, conversions, reporting, and operational initiatives
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
• Communicate client insights and business impacts to management and internal teams
Technology & Process Improvement
• Educate clients on available technology platforms and self-service tools
• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients
• Promote automation and efficiencies to improve the client experience
• Stay current on internal systems and product enhancements
Risk & Compliance
• Adhere to company policies and industry best practices
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client communications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Experience in client service, financial services, fund accounting, custody, administration, ETF operations, banking operations, or investment management preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
