They are seeking a polished, driven, and highly accountable Senior Construction Superintendent capable of overseeing multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously while operating at an elite level with homeowners, architects, vendors, and trade partners.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who understand the difference between standard residential construction and true luxury custom homebuilding.

What Sets This Opportunity Apart

This role requires far more than simply managing schedules and subcontractors. The right individual will understand how to lead within high-end environments where discretion, communication, presentation, and relationship management are just as important as construction knowledge.

The ideal candidate is somebody who:

  • Has successfully managed multiple luxury custom home projects simultaneously
  • Understands the expectations of affluent and high-profile clientele
  • Operates with urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Is highly organized and technologically proficient
  • Has established relationships with quality trade partners and vendors
  • Can maintain project momentum while preserving exceptional quality standards
  • Is polished, professional, and confident in client-facing situations

Our client will expect candidates to provide a detailed project list showcasing relevant luxury residential experience, project values, timelines, and overall project involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full construction lifecycle of multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously
  • Manage day-to-day field operations while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants throughout all phases of construction
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure critical deadlines are consistently achieved
  • Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and vendors
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with ownership groups, architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Ensure all projects remain compliant with local building codes, safety requirements, and project specifications
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges before they impact schedule or quality
  • Utilize construction management platforms and digital communication tools to maintain organization and reporting
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professionally run jobsites reflective of a luxury construction environment

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within Luxury Residential Construction
  • Experience overseeing high-end custom homes valued at $3 Million+
  • Ability to manage multiple luxury residential projects at one time
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods, finishes, sequencing, and quality expectations
  • Experience working directly with affluent homeowners and sophisticated project teams
  • Strong vendor and subcontractor relationships within the Phoenix market preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate within deadline-driven environments
  • Experience with SmartSheets, Google Docs, Google Workspace, and construction management software
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is considered a major asset
  • Luxury Condominium experience may be considered highly relevant

Important Notes

This opportunity is specifically targeted toward candidates with true Luxury Residential experience.

If you are a construction professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional luxury projects, thrives in high-accountability environments, and understands the level of professionalism required when working with elite clientele, this is an opportunity to join a growing organization with an outstanding reputation in the Luxury Residential space.
