  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements and provide consultative guidance.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence and market insights to innovate sourcing approaches and improve candidate quality.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely delivery of results.
  • Conduct interest and qualification screens to assess candidate fit.

What you'll bring...
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; OR equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven expertise in talent sourcing, sourcing strategy development, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships to support talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results within established timelines.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting concepts, candidate screening, and talent pipelining for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Accountability for driving quality candidate submittals aligned with business needs and hiring criteria.
