Our client in Coos Bay, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Intermediate Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have recent acute care hospital experience and be able to effectively coordinate patient care within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Applies the nursing process to the care of patients
• Teaches patients and significant others
• Documents patient care in the medical record
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient
