Job description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, professional and management positions throughout Bay Area Hospital. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions, a basic understanding of our organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

  • Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES/EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • One (1) year recruitment experience
  • SHRM, HRCI or other HR certification preferred
  • Bay Area is really looking for candidates that have Healthcare recruitment experience for a level 3 hospital not critical access, but Acute Care.
