Job description

Anchor Talent has partnered with global manufacturer who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.


This is a contract to hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This role will support their high-volume recruitment efforts across North America (US, Canada, Mexico).


Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment supporting hiring managers, engineers, sales, production floor, HR, and technical professionals.
  • Working with hiring managers to create, update and write accurate job descriptions
  • Work strategically and in partnership with business to develop and implement recruitment methodologies, hiring diverse strategies, to attract specific and difficult to find professionals to fill open positions
  • Build and manage talent network and professional relationships
  • Create processes, plan, maintain onsite/campus recruiting and external recruitment events
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for current open requisitions
  • Cultivate professional relationships with industry contacts and networks


Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment and managing the recruiting needs
  • Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment, be comfortable with change, and working on multiple projects at once
