Chick-fil-A Kent Island is looking for a talented and experienced Talent Director to join our team. As the Talent Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing our employees to ensure that they are aligned with our mission, values, and culture. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee development programs to ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that align with our mission, values, and culture
  • Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities to attract top talent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or human resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Experience developing and implementing talent management strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
