As our Ambulatory Internal Medicine Faculty Physician you will deliver exceptional care within our Creighton East Valley Internal Medicine Residency Program in Chandler. This role offers unparalleled work-life balance within a supportive Dignity Health Medical Group environment. 

In this role, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of your patients and their families. This position consists of outpatient responsibilities within a single clinic location close to the hospital campus. You will have access to full support staff. The medical group is a multi-specialty group that includes specialists in primary care, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology, palliative care, cardiology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, and other surgical specialties. You will enjoy a great work-life balance in a rapidly growing city.

To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible and you will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will exhibit effective communication skills and thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. 

  • 100% outpatient
  • 40% Private Practice, 40% Clinical Precepting, 20% Teaching
  • Geriatrician (IM or FM) or Osteopathic Physician with OMT skills are preferred, however not required
  • Opportunity for academic appointment through Creighton University
  • Chance to practice in a state-of-the-art outpatient center

Required

  • MD or DO Degree and Active Board Certification

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona

  • Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification

  • Must have previous Academic Medicine/GME experience working with medical students and/or resident physicians
