Position Overview

The Capital Strategy Manager supports investment and finance teams by designing, analyzing, and executing strategic initiatives for capital allocation and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement capital deployment and investment strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Conduct market research, sector analysis, and portfolio performance reviews to identify opportunities and risks

  • Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio construction, scenario analysis, and capital allocation decisions

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees

  • Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, and capital efficiency metrics

  • Identify strategic initiatives to improve investment returns and optimize resource allocation
