The Director of Select Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives focused on delivering Managed Services solutions and Enterprise-level IT solutions. This role ensures the achievement of monthly sales quotas, drives strategic growth initiatives, and fosters a high-performance sales culture. Reporting to the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales, this leader will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, negotiate complex deals, and scale performance across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Partner with the RVP to develop and implement training schedules for new and existing sales representatives.
Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Select Sales talent.
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions.
Drive creativity, innovation, and consistency in sales opportunities, processes, and pipeline development.
Collaborate with internal leadership to negotiate and close strategic, high-value deals.
Create and implement activity-based KPIs to support consistent funnel growth and sales execution.
Monitorand analyze sales metrics toidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensureaccurateforecasting, reporting, and visibility into sales performance.
Partner with operations, finance, technical resources, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Align Select Sales strategies with organizationalobjectives, growth priorities, and evolving market conditions.
Performadditionalduties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, ideally withManagedServices background.
5+ years of sales management experience leading high-performance teams within Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions.
Demonstratedsuccess achieving and exceeding sales quotas in competitive, high-growth environments.
Strong ability to develop, communicate, and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create, manage, and analyze KPIs and sales performance metrics.
Experience hiring, onboarding, and training sales professionals.
