A highly respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Columbus office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Ideal Background

2+ years of commercial real estate experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint venture transactions preferred

• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, or institutional clients

• Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, and due diligence matters

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
