What You'll Do:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of clinical and administrative recruiters, including regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and pipeline reviews.
  • Own team-level hiring metrics and KPIs (e.g., signed offers, time-to-fill, 30-day retention) and report progress to HR/People leadership.
  • Personally own and manage a small caseload of open requisitions at all times to stay close to the market and model best practices for the team.
  • Manages a small requisition portfolio while stepping in to support high-priority, complex, or capacity-driven hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast headcount needs, define role requirements, and set recruiting strategy for open positions.
  • Monitor recruiting data integrity in the ATS/HRIS (Paylocity) and ensure accurate, timely reporting of pipeline and hiring activity.
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop compensation recommendations and drive the design, enhancement, and optimization of talent-related processes.
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies and tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for stalled or at-risk searches raised by recruiters and determine the appropriate response.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical, healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health roles is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop recruiting teams while driving results in a high-volume, fast-paced, and rapidly growing organization.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for both high-volume and specialized/licensed roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex staffing challenges, and develop creative talent acquisition solutions in dynamic environments with evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity) and the ability to leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.


Work Location & Travel


This is a remote role available to candidates located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.


Periodic travel is required. Team members must be able to visit one of our Early Intervention Centers within their first 90 days of employment and attend in-person meetings or events up to two times per year thereafter.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $95,000-$115,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible.


Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
