Regular collaboration involves gathering feedback from stakeholders, troubleshooting process bottlenecks, and ensuring that technology solutions are user-friendly and aligned with organizational goals. You will play a key role in bringing structure and consistency to the recruiting lifecycle, strengthening data integrity, and enabling the Talent Acquisition function to scale with clarity, discipline, and a consistently elevated experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Support the evolution and ongoing enablement of core Talent Acquisition infrastructure, including workflows, processes, and ways of working
  • Own and maintain the integrity of data within Workday Recruiting, ensuring accuracy across requisitions, candidate stages, and reporting fields
  • Contribute to the evolution and operationalization of Talent Acquisition SOPs and the Global TA Playbook, ensuring they are clearly translated into day-to-day execution
  • Reinforce adherence to standardized processes and identify gaps or inconsistencies in execution to improve workflows and reduce friction
  • Conduct data and process audits to maintain a high standard of operational integrity
  • Partner on optimizing workflows and improving efficiency through better use of systems and tools
  • Contribute to automation and process improvements that reduce manual work and increase consistency
  • Enable a high-touch, brand-aligned candidate experience by ensuring coordination, communication, and process execution are delivered with consistency and care

To Land This Role:
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Recruiting Operations, or a related field
Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
