Job description

* Participate in candidate screening for open positions and meet established determined productivity goals
* Maintain tracking and documentation related to screening activity, including detailed information on candidates based on resume review and candidate screening
* Forecast problems and challenges to resolve issues quickly; demonstrate problem solving skills, offer solutions and best practices to the organization
* Apply, leverage and share knowledge of the marketplace and qualified talent pools, to ensure KPMG's competitiveness in hiring as well as document the findings in order to share information with key stakeholder
* Liaise with Experienced Hire Acquisition, University Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition on the recruitment of qualified candidates
* Support a results-oriented and teaming culture as well as participate in special projects/task forces as assigned
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
* Minimum one year of recent customer service experience
* Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience
* Ability to support/interact with senior practice members and ability to influence processes at all levels
* Demonstrate understanding of practice areas, business acumen and drivers; ability to understand and articulate practice capability and strategy when interacting with candidates
* Proven organizational skills, especially as they relate to data collection and reporting; following established sourcing plans, compliance procedures, timely and accurate communication as well as proven time management and organizational skills
* Prior knowledge of Applicant Tracking Customer Relationship Management systems (such as Avature) preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
