HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Talend Lead who is local to Reading, PA. The role involves architecting and developing solutions using Talend, leading data migrations, and integrating Talend with various cloud data platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop solutions using:
• Talend Data Integration
• Talend Cloud (Management Console, Job Server, Remote Engine)
• Talend Data Quality and Master Data Management (MDM)
• Design reusable Talend frameworks, components, and templates.
• Ensure standardized logging, error handling, retry, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Lead large-scale data migrations (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, legacy systems ? Cloud Data Platforms).
• Define migration strategies:
• One-time migration
• CDC / incremental loads
• Near-zero downtime cutovers
• Validate data accuracy through reconciliation, profiling, and quality checks.
• Integrate Talend with cloud data platforms such as:
• AWS (S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue)
• Azure (ADLS, Synapse, SQL DB)
