Cooked traditionally in bamboo baskets, these iconic dumplings are perfected over centuries and lovingly crafted in our kitchens to provide an unparalleled authentic experience.

About the Role

As a Line Cook at Supreme Dumplings, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for executing menu items with precision and consistency, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards. If you are passionate about cooking, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during scheduled shifts.

· Maintain a calm and positive attitude, especially during peak hours or unexpected challenges.

· Stay up to date on all menu items, promotions, and company updates.

· Assist in onboarding new kitchen team members with respectful coaching and encouragement.

· Communicate any issues affecting team morale or kitchen performance to the General Manager.

· Adhere to all operational policies, including those for safety, sanitation, and cash handling.

· Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

· Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.

· Prepare food items to order, ensuring quality and consistency.

· Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.

· Prep ingredients in accordance with company specs and local health regulations.

· Maintain high attention to food presentation and cleanliness.

· Accommodate guest special requests while preserving quality standards.

Requirements

· Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.

· Consistent positive attitude and work ethic.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.

· Able to stand and walk for at least 4 consecutive hours.

· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Comfortable working in conditions that involve heat, cold, fumes, cleaning chemicals, and airborne particles.
