• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific requirements, focusing on their individual objectives and the evidence-based practices best suited for their situation.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.
• Engage with clients via teletherapy, ensuring a secure and effective virtual environment for therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary to support clients in acute distress, allowing for timely and effective responses to their needs.
• Participate in professional development activities, including training, workshops, and peer supervision sessions, to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in mental health care.

Our therapists primarily engage with a diverse adult clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. We prioritize creating a welcoming, compassionate space where clients feel understood and empowered to overcome their obstacles.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
• Exemplification of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle a caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
• No history of disciplinary actions from any licensing boards.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, allowing for a smoother transition into our remote working model.
• Demonstrated proficiency in employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health diagnoses.

• Competitive salary ranging between $90,000 to $104,000 annually, adjusted based on caseload and expertise.
