Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing flexibility in your work-life balance while still being part of an engaged and collaborative team. You will be aligning with our outpatient office approach, engaging in virtual consultations, and thereby extending our mental health services to a larger community. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring you can maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing diagnostic tools to inform treatment strategies.
  • Partner with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their distinct needs, goals, and preferences, focusing on evidence-based practices that support recovery.
  • Utilize recognized therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address and alleviate mood disorders effectively.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and practical self-care strategies to promote mental wellness.
  • Continuously monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

Qualifications
