• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand client needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the individual, utilizing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, both through teletherapy and in-person, ensuring accessibility for all clients.
• Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and best practices.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Our clientele includes individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health conditions. As a licensed counselor at Pillars Family Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, providing targeted support to help them navigate their challenges. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and ultimately find healing.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients from varying backgrounds.
• An empathetic, compassionate approach, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude conducive to therapeutic relationships.
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

• Proven experience utilizing evidence-based therapies and methodologies.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms to provide virtual counseling services.
• Experience working in a community health or clinic setting, particularly with diverse and underserved populations.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually, adjusted based on caseload and experience. In addition to base compensation, our benefits package includes:
