This role is located onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn, Virginia, a vibrant community known for its supportive infrastructure for healthcare professionals. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, which may include variable weekends. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated healthcare team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities related to orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide consultations to healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs to promote recovery and independence.
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and quality improvement projects that align with our organization's goals.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care and therapy techniques.
• Engage in professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
