As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for patients, identifying their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their specific recovery goals.
• Perform regular assessments to track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic processes, self-management strategies, and potential challenges during recovery.
• Achieve and maintain minimum productivity and other business performance metrics aligned with clinic goals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues across various services to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Act as an ambassador for our clinic’s core values and culture, fostering a supportive community for both staff and patients.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of patients, serving children and adults from different backgrounds with various diagnoses. To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted licensure by the Board of Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Willingness to conduct both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments as deemed clinically appropriate.
