• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of patients. Use evidence-based methodologies and tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to facilitate accurate evaluations.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to enhance mental health outcomes. Provide interventions that are tailored to reinforce coping mechanisms and resilience among patients.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all treatment records, progress notes, and other essential clinical information using advanced technology and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment objectives, ensuring alignment with their goals and cultural considerations.
• Act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, coordinating referrals and establishing relationships that foster continuity of care.
• Mentor and educate upcoming professionals in the field, including students and interns, by providing guidance and sharing expertise in clinical techniques and ethical practices.
• Engage in peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and professional development activities, contributing to the growth and excellence of the team as directed by clinical supervisors.

This role specifically caters to individuals and families facing the challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis, offering crucial support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the value of your expertise and dedication.
