About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes, embroidery)
  • Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
  • Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
  • Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management
  • Comply with all Levi's policy and programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with denim industry and current/upcoming trends.
  • Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.
  • Awareness of design trends
  • Enjoy engaging with clients and store team

The expected starting wage range for this role in California is $18.42. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. The amount a particular employee will earn within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, store location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs.
