Training Support Center (TSC) Specialist / Technician - Multiple Locations
Full-Time | On-site | Position Contingent Upon Award
Camp Roberts, CA

Synertex LLC is seeking Training Support Center (TSC) Specialists / Technicians to provide technical and operational support at multiple Army installations. Specialists will manage TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations), ensuring equipment readiness, accountability, and support for training exercises across Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TADSS equipment to ensure readiness for training events.
  • Issue and return TADSS, maintaining accurate accountability and property records.
  • Support units during training exercises with setup, technical guidance, and operational support.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment.
  • Assist TSC Leads in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
Security:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Training Support Center operations, TADSS operations, or equivalent technical support experience.
  • Technical proficiency with Army TADSS and training support systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior military or instructional experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to work at multiple installation locations as required.
