Job description

Location: Morocco

ECS is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to provide AH-64E LCT maintenance in Morocco.

Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and sustainment operations to ensure availability for training of AH-64E LCT.
  • Provide on-site maintenance and supply repair/replacement of parts for the AH-64E LCT.
  • Shall Implement a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) for Supported TADSS
  • Perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance of TADSS and Foreign Government Furnished Property (GFP) in accordance with and in order of precedence, the applicable Technical Manuals (TMs) for each TADSS, Government-provided preventive maintenance checklists, or best commercial practices if a checklist is not provided.
  • Maintain TADSS and Foreign Government Furnished Property (FGFP) in Fully Mission Capable (FMC) condition to meet the Contract Mission Time (CMT) and Contractor Performance Factor (CPF) requirements in Appendix B for each device and location.
  • On-site maintenance performed IAW technical data; if technical data/checklist is not provided for any single item, maintenance IAW the best commercial standards. Maintain all the documentation (Operator & Maintainer Manual, Commercial Off- The-Shelf Manual, Technical Data Package Schematics and Cold Start Procedures), spares and tools.
  • On-site maintenance coordinated with the local installations designated Foreign Government representative to deconflict training, exercise, and test schedules with maintenance activities, and resolve problems on the devices or at the site.
  • The SUB shall be on-site to repair /provide corrective actions to the system IAW the documented Scheduled Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services.
  • To review/report facility issues that cause Non-Fair Wear and Tear (NFWT) to simulator devices.
  • The on-site maintenance does not interfere with training unless authorized by the designated Government representative.
  • Work Orders are logged into the Information System Tool Suite (ISTS) with all maintenance information, including Foreign GFP parts/spares obtained from RSLFAC.
  • Data logged into the ISTS is accurate and complete.


Qualifications:

  • Prior military experience
  • TADSS maintenance instruction training and troubleshooting experience based on the TADSS maintenance manuals, products/materials/packages, for the TADSS maintenance services.
  • TADSS operator services experience for aviation flight simulators and aviation TADSS
  • Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal management and customer management.
  • Ability to plan and manage schedules.
  • Valid Passport/DL
