Daily Pricing & Yielding Management:
  • Maximize revenue through strategic and tactical pricing actions across the booking curve using RMS insights and manual review.
  • Manage inventory levers including guaranteed cabins, group approvals, cabin reassignment, and paid upgrade programs (e.g., Plusgrade).
  • Review and implement priority RMS recommendations daily to prevent demand spill or spoilage and to minimize revenue dilution.
  • Calibrate RMS parameters regularly to ensure optimal pricing performance and demand responsiveness.
  • Ensure pricing actions respond effectively to demand trends, competitive promotions, and system insights.

Performance Analysis & Market Intelligence:
  • Translate revenue outcomes and regional demand signals into actionable insights.
  • Monitor macro trends and competitor behavior to lead timely, coordinated commercial responses.
  • Serve as the analytical liaison for interpreting revenue data and contextualizing outcomes for commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Produce and distribute performance and pricing reports, identifying trends and opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with promotion and marketing teams to tailor or withdraw tactical promotions aligned with revenue strategy.
  • Coordinate with RM Operations on inventory-related decisions including upgrades, voyage extension offers, and capacity allocation.
  • Provide input to business analytics, data science, and tech teams to enhance RMS logic, calibration processes, and dashboard KPIs.

System Maintenance & Quality Control:
  • Perform fare setup, maintenance, and testing during system upgrades, seasonal transitions, or itinerary launches.
  • Audit pricing data and booking systems for accuracy, resolving discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
  • Document pricing processes and propose standardization opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

Additional Tasks:
  • Perform ad hoc pricing and revenue analyses.
  • Support team initiatives and other job-related functions as assigned.
