Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:

Support the RGM by running great shifts and be able to execute all restaurant administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you must be able to provide the leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustain an acceptable level of day-to-day operations and meet all Taco Bell standards.

Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.

Follow cash control amp; security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grown sales and take appropriate action in these area’s when necessary.

Have a strong working knowledge of administrative processes.

Assist RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members.

Assist RGM with scheduling facility maintenance needs.

Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant.

Professionally interact with Human Resources, accounting amp; payroll departments.

Must be required to take background check

Must be able to assist in lifting 40 to 50 lb. boxes in the store when necessary.

Assist the RGM to build a great team that consistently provides the customer with great food and a great experience.
