Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Fort Myers, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will visit and manage a portfolio of fabricators, builders, designers, and other trade partners to promote TAC Granite’s product lines, provide product guidance, and generate new business. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting in-person sales meetings, delivering product presentations, and supporting customers with slab selection and project planning. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships through regular follow-up, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries. The Outside Sales Representative will track sales activities, meet or exceed sales targets, and represent TAC Granite professionally at industry events and customer visits.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase natural stone solutions.
  • Proven relationship building abilities and new business development experience in B2B or construction-related industries.
  • Customer service and communication skills that support a responsive, consultative, and client-focused sales approach.
  • Experience working in outside sales, field sales, or territory management, preferably in building materials, stone, or related trades.
  • Comfort traveling locally to client sites and showrooms, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet defined revenue and activity targets.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar applications for tracking accounts and reporting.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills and prior experience in the Florida construction or design market are beneficial.
