Job description

Your Role in Creating a Great Customer Experience

Tic Tac Taco Restaurant Managers are leaders who model excellent service standards, develop their team and expand their own skill sets. As Tic Tac Taco continues to evolve and expand, our Restaurant Managers are dedicated to serving the customer, understanding the day to day business, and motivating the on site personnel.

What You’ll Do

Interacts with guests and the community; responds to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Monitors staffing levels; recruits and selects employees to talent and job profiles

Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance; ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed

Process sales transactions (cash, credit, debit etc.)

Ensure cleanliness of the facility (indoor and outdoor)

Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity

Comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations

Holds restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

  • Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles

  • Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example

  • Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, and vendor relations

  • Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented

  • Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)

  • ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain

  • Values-driven – Committed to honesty, respect, and creating a store that reflects our community-first mission

  • Stamina and mobility - physical tasks are part of the role: expect repetitive movements like bending and reaching, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in outdoor areas or temperature-controlled spaces like walk-in coolers.
