Job Description

The DataVisualization Engineer owns the Insight Layer: governed Tableau dashboards,financial KPI reporting, row-level security, and self-service analyticsdelivered where client program and executive leadership already work. This roledelivers the first production dashboard within the Foundation phase and expandsself-service capability through the Scale phase.

Responsibilities
  • Designand build governed Tableau dashboards and financial KPI reporting sourced fromthe Snowflake environment.
  • Implementrow-level security and access controls consistent with client governancerequirements.
  • Deliverthe first production Tableau dashboard during Weeks 3–8 and expand toself-service analytics during the Scale phase (Weeks 27–52).
  • Partnerwith the IT Business Analyst to align dashboard priorities with the use casebacklog and mission outcomes.
  • Supportthe loan portfolio, contact-center, and agency financial KPI use casesdescribed in the client engagement.
  • Presentdashboard demonstrations to client’s stakeholders as part of sprint reviews andleave-behind materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor'sdegree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+years of Tableau development experience, including row-level security andgoverned enterprise dashboards.
  • StrongSQL skills and experience connecting Tableau directly to Snowflake.
  • Experiencedelivering financial or KPI reporting for executive audiences.
